HAVONA is located at Taman Mount Austin which is in Tebrau, the largest mukim (sub-division) in the Johor Bahru District. This district falls under the Iskandar Development Zone A.

Taman Mount Austin is at the crossroads of at least 10 tamans (housing estates) in Tebrau. The others include Bandar Dato’ Onn, Adda Heights, Taman Delima, Taman Daya, Setia Indah, Taman Mount Austin, Taman Desa Tebrau, Taman Istimewa, Taman Bukit Mutiara, and Taman Desa Mutiara.
